I was ecstatic when I found out that Taylor Momsen was going to be on the cover of Teen Vogue. As I have said, I'm a fan of all the Gossip Girls, but of course Jenny is my favourite, especially after her radical change from preppy princess to hard rocker.
The Teen Vogue Cover did not let me down. All the outfits are amazing, and I really liked it how they didn't go too extreme on the whole rocky grunge look, that Taylor has been putting on. They managed to add some colour and fun to it, so that it didn't look too heavy. A round of applause to Teen Vogue.
I was only disappointed with the interview. It's obvious that Taylor thinks very highly of herself and at times she even sounded quite snobish. I especially didn't like when she said that high school kids' (already undermining high schoolers) conversations are "so petty", She definitely should have thought about this better as the main target audience of Teen Vogue are high schoolers. Also from the comments I read on the Teen Vogue site, most people agree with me. Some food for thought Taylor.
